The best bank, and it’s definitely the best Customer Service
Horrible experience, was told I needed an appointment after showing up. I make an appointment, come at my appointment time and I’ve waited for 30 minutes still haven’t seen nobody. They told me I can just come back and be first come first served ???? Horrible , clearly I need a new bank. All this for my zelle.

Fayetteville branch service & staff are awesome! My bank runs (inside or drive through) are AWAYS handled professionally and friendly.
I came in to the bank to make a payment on mortgage. Waited in line for about 5 minutes (which is fine) and finally got to the teller and then (I assume, branch manager) another representative came out and said Good Morning to everyone and then proceeded to come to me and ask that I either take my hat off or turn it backwards per policy.
