Would give zero stars if I could. I usually go to another Regions location, but went to this one today and the next time I go back will be to close my account and take my business elsewhere. I don’t know what Darlene had to do to get her job position seeing as she does not know the first thing about notarization rules. Her attitude and unprofessionalism was baffling. I would recommend any other bank.
They were very helpful to me and very friendly people who help any way they can! I will stay with Regions Bank!!!
