I was in a bind and needed my debit card printed ASAP so I ran to regions and was helped by Prafula! She was courteous, helpful, and personable. The card printer wasn’t working and she did everything she could to get me my card! Thank you, Prafula!
I have always had a very positive experience at Regions. My husband and I have always found the branch management as well as the bank tellers very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend Regions!
Great service!
Went here and numerous mistakes were made with my account resulting with a loss of money. Trying to get it fixed, even at a district level is frustrating and practically impossible . Customer service is TERRIBLE. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
