Opened a new account online and they still had a new account hold on it 4 months later that I was unaware of even though I was making regular deposits. Called to inquire why my scheduled payments were being returned and was notified about a hold. The local branch told me to call the 800 number and the 800 number rep told me to go to my local branch.
