This is an excellent branch of Regions Bank in Enterprise. The employees are always courteous, friendly and helpful. Jason and Shenea are wonderful and so helpful. We don't go there that often but they know us by sight and acknowledge us when we go in. This is a positive asset to Enterprise.
I love the people’s at Regions Bank They’re always so helpful and my wait time is minimal. I enjoy going there and to see their smiling faces, but everybody just can’t be pleased all the time but my experience was very well and they receive me very well.
Jason helped me reopen my account and made me feel very comfortable with the process! He then called me a few days later to follow up and make sure everything was working! Thanks Jason and Thanks Regions
Unfriendly and snooty. I dont have an account. Went into bank because of a bill that was torn and I didnt want to to keep passing it. Ther cashier, didnt get her name, it wasnt displayed, said in a snooty way, cant help you, you dont have an account. I was showing her the bill, she turned up her nose and shoo ed me away. I said well thats stupid, you have bad attitude and btw you could have sold me an account. Unhelpful and very unfriendly.
