My card accumulated fees that came from my card being “expired” even though it doesn’t expire until 2027. This is a regions bank issue and they keep trying to make me speak to a 1800 robot number and not a real person! I keep getting lied to and the run around from grant and Tiana and I am not getting the help or my money back. They are getting frustrated with me when I am the person who has trusted them to be my bankers and I’m supposed to be a valued customer. I would give zero stars if I could.
I went in to open a new checking account and was talked down to and discriminated against by Mary Jane ferrer. She was Extreamly rude and needs retrained in customer service. She needs to be talked to seriously as I’m sure she is costing your business ALOT of money!
I enjoy banking with Regions because I am always greeted & treated like family. Thank you!
