My card accumulated fees that came from my card being “expired” even though it doesn’t expire until 2027. This is a regions bank issue and they keep trying to make me speak to a 1800 robot number and not a real person! I keep getting lied to and the run around from grant and Tiana and I am not getting the help or my money back. They are getting frustrated with me when I am the person who has trusted them to be my bankers and I’m supposed to be a valued customer. I would give zero stars if I could.
I went in to open a new checking account and was talked down to and discriminated against by Mary Jane ferrer. She was Extreamly rude and needs retrained in customer service. She needs to be talked to seriously as I’m sure she is costing your business ALOT of money!
I enjoy banking with Regions because I am always greeted & treated like family. Thank you!
Mary Jane Ferrer is wonderful and really helped me sort some business out that I was struggling with due to my current health condition. She is always so patient and kind. I always look forward to seeing her.
Mary Jane Ferrer save the day for me after the West Lafayette branch incorrectly marked my card stolen. I was unable to get any solutions or pointed in even in the right direction by the West Lafayette branch manager. But luckily there are some good people here in Frankfurt Indiana like Mary Jane Ferrer that could save me... Thank you Mary from the bottom of my heart!
