20-Year Customer Treated with Hostility and Defamation After over 20 years of loyalty to this branch, I am disgusted by the recent treatment I received from the Leeds management and staff. My experience included an employee making an obscene gesture (the middle finger) toward me, followed by a bank manager calling me to make false, defamatory accusations of sexual harassment.
