actually still in line. I've been here almost 30 min and no help. seems they are helping many others in the bank . but I'm still waiting. . negative 1 star!
Locked my business acct that I need to functionally operate, then have no extended hours customer service accessible when your acct is locked. No help. No explanation. Nothing. Bank of America had support 24/7, but they have no locations here, so here we are. Truly awful system. The branch employees are great, but the bank and its system itself leave a ton to be desired at times like these, especially for the small family businesses that DEPEND on them!! Potential clients beware.
Went into the Regions Bank in Leeds, AL today to make a deposit into our checking account. The bank teller, Curtis G. was very helpful and courteous and had a smile on his face throughout the whole transaction. This gentleman made our Christmas Eve special! Thank you for all of your help Curtis and we hope you have a good Christmas!
This branch has deteriorated into possibily the worst bank in town.. Bank manager is rude. Staff is friendly but they need training. Fees on top of fees. They beg you to complete the survey instead of providing service. One day that offer a line of credit as you ask for a cashier's check. The next day your are treated like a criminal trying to make a deposit ? If you think they care about their "relationship" with you... Think again
