Received terrible customer service and very poor attitude inside this bank today from a teller. What’s even more surprising is that when speaking about this issue to the branch manager “Kelly”, her attitude, response, and behavior was even worse.. as well as unprofessional and disrespectful. Shame on this particular branch’s culture.

Two thumbs down the manager at the location in nashboro village she has no customer service she has a bad attitude and she talked to people like she's a gangster or something I do not like this bank at all
