Worst Customer service ever! Why is no one doing anything about this 2 star google rating rating!?!?!?!?
Received terrible customer service and very poor attitude inside this bank today from a teller. What’s even more surprising is that when speaking about this issue to the branch manager “Kelly”, her attitude, response, and behavior was even worse.. as well as unprofessional and disrespectful. Shame on this particular branch’s culture.
