So far everyone has been great. My only complaint is they did bot let my husband make a deposit for me once but that has never happened again. He deposits for me now with no problems.
Brad McLean is an absolute rockstar of a banker. He knows how to be very relatable and has total great customer service. Never met a Regions associate like him EVER BEFORE! Top class guy. He has the gift of people. Brad should be the face of Regions and how all customers should be treated. I was highly amazed.
I arrived at your location at 4:58pm to with draw $3500 from the drive through window. I find it extremely distasteful & unprofessional to bank with anyone type of business & can't withdraw your OWN money. Not to mention the Hispanic girl came to the window after rolling her eyes & neck about not allowing me to with my money. Brad gave me your business card & the other lady was professional. The drive thru is fine but if you need to go inside the bank for anything, don't even bother. Except for one of the tellers, the rest of the people working there need customer service lessons. Go to the Hickory Hollow branch if you need help inside the bank. They are awesome there.
