RUDE BRANCH RUDE PEOPLE Came here first time to get card and they put the wrong account with it and I came back next day and was told no one is available to help while I see everyone in there offices available, the tellers were rude and told me it’s not there job and told me to sit down, I’m glad a sweet boy was able to assist us and come to find out he was only helping out for the day, I’m making the drive to west town from now on.
The guy who is helping me is great but you have upper people telling me I have to sit so he can help other people.. why I bank here too.. why can upper people not get out of their office and help?? This is the worst Regions bank I have ever been to!!
Started off fine, Regions said all the right things, but when it came time to get my money I couldn't. First off, transfers from MY savings to MY checking account takes 12 hours, the bank itself is closed at 4, and the ATM refuses to cooperate...that is three strikes, I will be closing my account first thing in the morning and I will NOT be back. That is MY money, not a play thing fer you Regions....I expected better, but I should have known, I see now why most people I know don't bank with you, good bye and good riddance.
