I've worked at several banks & Credit Unions in the area and banked with several, but I've never been with one that I've liked more than Regions Bank. They're professional and friendly and will call you by name before you get to the counter. I've been listening four years now I don't think I'll ever change thanks again
I've been to this branch 3 times, and every single time, I have had an issue. This last time, my deposit was incorrect by several hundred dollars. I went in to have it fixed. The two ladies behind the counter tried their absolute best. The assistant manager was zero help, and all she said to me during the 45 min I was there is "so sorry." Long story short, the employee that messed up has been a problem for a while.
