This location sucks. They have the worst employees ever. I wish it would close down
Blocked my account has been withholding the money since June and doesn’t want to answer the phone they put a branch level hold on it meaning someone in the branch is holding the funds and has yet to release them every time i speak with a representative they tell me to go to the branch I’ve been to the branch multiple times to no avail I haven’t received anything from anyone from this branch not even the branch manager touching up on this matter good service but poor communication when it comes to things like this
Pretry crazy to close the lobby on a mid day Friday. Drive thru line was 30+ minute wait.
