Bank alarm goes off constantly, specifically all hours of the night and early morning when people are sleeping. They are not a good community partner. Avoid at all costs.

I recently opened my brother an account here and everyone was so nice and polite. They answered all my questions and helped me understand the best options for him. He is very happy to finally have an account and it was a smooth and quick process.
I don’t know what’s going on with customer service recently, but literally almost every time I walk into a place, the workers just look at me. Maybe it’s cause I look young and they don’t know how to treat me, but doesn’t mean they should treat me like I’m not a customer. I walked in today to deposit some money, and there were 5 workers behind their desks, with NO other customers in there. When I walk in, and they all look at me and that’s it.
