Barely anyone works here and it takes at least 15 minutes to do anything.
One of the worst service providers
I tried to call the Customer Service line today and there was so much background noise I couldn't hear the rep. There were babies crying and women talking, like it was inside of a daycare. What is going on - she said it was a call center - if so, they're running it out of a preschool. I had to hang up I'm going to go into a branch and talk to someone instead. What kind of bank is my money being kept by???
I walked in this bank and Candace is the first person you see to the left. And she has the nastiest look on her face when I walked through the door. I won’t do anymore business here.
The bankers were very helpful and patient. I am appreciative of their help!
