they closed unexpectedly early on new year’s eve. What a waste of time.
I went to Regions Bank in Snellville GA with POA for my daughter who is incapacitated on November 8 with the legal documents. I was told by bank personnel that is takes 30 days and they scanned the documents to their legal department. I went to the branch the following week on November 13 and was told the same thing. I went to the branch in Duluth GA on November 18, again my POA was sent to the legal department, at this visit I did sign some forms and believed my POA would be honored in a few days, that did not happen I had ... read more
Evan Criswell was definitely a help to my issue today. Been banking with them for 6 years and its always a pleasant experience. Whenever you visit make sure u catch Evan he will take care of all your banking needs.
I tried to call the Customer Service line today and there was so much background noise I couldn't hear the rep. There were babies crying and women talking, like it was inside of a daycare. What is going on?? She said it was a call center - if so, they're running it out of a preschool. I had to hang up I'm going to go into a branch and talk to someone instead. What kind of bank is my money being kept by???
Great experience every time with the bankers here at this location. Candace is phenomenal and helped me out so much. All of these other people are haters and don't have Private Wealth with Regions.
