I went to the bank yesterday. Evan was very proficient and fast in what I requested and Aaron helped with a very smooth transition. I was in and out very quickly and I give them a 10 out of 10.
This has to be one of the most dumbest branches . They need a new manager who is in office and not missing consecutive days of work. Everyone who answers the phone sounds slow like they don’t know what they’re doing . Please take your business else where when it comes to your banking
When I came in, I went directly to the teller window to get two dechecks cashed. Tulipia was the person that I interacted with. Once again, she showed what a true professional she was. Always polite and kind, Tulipia took care of my business in a most professional way. I hope that you all recognize what an outstanding employee she is. I think that you folks should give her a raise!!!
