Regions is awful & does not care about customer satisfaction. They froze my count for almost 2 months due to a check I deposited. I understand 10 day holds, not 2 months! They couldn’t even tell me why. Nobody helped me at all. Cost me lawyer fees & NO ACCESS to any of MY MONEY. Then all of a sudden it just came available. I was late on SO many bills.
