Ms. Cynthia Gregory is a wonderful woman, very helpful, glad to come across her when I stopped by this branch for the first time.
Don’t come here with your business or if you’re Hispanic just don’t . People that work here don’t even try to hide there rudeness or anything
I went and opened my account on a Friday and right before lunch time and it was busy but I must give a great review for the nice Lady Teller she was so thorough and much help to me when I had thought I'd had a mess trying to do the online banking she explained and went over everything in a timely manner and was very nice and helpful and nowadays it's hard to get that from a place of business these days but thank you for all your help and I appreciate you
The rudest people work here that can't help you or when they do they have opinions instead of just doing their job. I wouldn't have this problem if my card came in he mail in the 5 to 7 business days it was supposed to. It's been 3 weeks. And honestly it's better to not ever bank with regions. I'm about to change banks.
