Deposits on the app rarely work, deposits in the ATM "can't be read"... and they are closed before 5pm before most people can get there after work. I've been banking here for around 15 years and things have gotten progressively worse as technology has evolved. Something needs to change.

Not enough staff. Every time I go I’m prepared to wait about 20-30 mins.
I have had several friendly interactions with the tellers at this branch. On some occasions I have caught teller(s) having a bad day and they reflect that in their attitude toward me. I don't feel disrespected as much as I feel like a nuisance to them. Overall, the service I have received here has been quick and easy for my banking needs.
