The people at the Columbiana branch are usually nice but today was different. I have had an acct. here for over 25 years but I closed it today due to the checking fees. There was no thank you for being a customer or sorry to see you go. The teller didn't even use or ask for my name. She didn't explain to me about possible other options. She said she wouldn't waive any fee if the acct stayed open while I wait on my last payment to clear and that the account would reopen itself if anything were to go through but I wouldn't kno... read more
