“Ralph” Today I walked in to cash a check. Ralph treated me like I was a person trying to scam the bank. He decided he’d hand back my check because I was being questioned on who gave me my check. I’ve cashed in many other branches and never had a problem. End of the day, my check was cashed under supervision, but was treated with poor customer satisfaction. I have had good and great experiences with Regions. When I have good experiences, Barbara Villa steps in and treats my wife and I like kings and queens. The best is when she executes things I request, she actually follows up with a call to personally ask if I am satisfied. That type of customer service is unheard of these days. I appreciate Regions and especially Barbara.....MANY THANKS TO THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BARABA........
