I was greeted with smiles and pleasant conversation. My Teller was fast and efficient. I have been with Regions for 13 years and have never had an issue. I have used Regions in Valdosta, Albany, Homer and Toccoa in GA, as well as Florida Branches. Regions is a great Bank.

This place is allways slow and understaffed, usually when I go in there is only 1 person working the windows while other people sit in offices chatting with people about non bank related things and do not help! You stand in there for 10...15 mins just waiting to cash a check when it seems like every person who is at the window is at a confessional. On July 8, 2025 my wife’s phone was hacked and immediately Diane, the branch manager was able to freeze our account allowing money to be deposited and no withdrawals. Diane set up a new account immediately and monitor both accounts until we got all finances & Security issues changed. Superior Professional Bank and Bank Manager Averted a Personal Cyber Catastrophe.
Bank interer needs remodeled. I thought I time traveled back to 1991. ATM broke half the time I want to use it
