Bank interer needs remodeled. I thought I time traveled back to 1991. ATM broke half the time I want to use it

4th time I've been to ATM, still shut down. What's going on????
They never have enough help here, lines are usually long, ATM is always broken. Just a jumbled mess of a "bank". I'm about ready to switch to somewhere else.
