The Clarkesville office has always been helpful in every way. Mrs. McAllister is always willing to assist me , and other employees are courteous and quick to handle any request. They also helped me to build my credit by recomending a credit credit card that was right for me. I am truly graful for their oustanding service and highly recomend this branch. It is in a great location, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
I have had only good experiences at Regions Bank. I would highly recommend Regions Bank to others. I use the Clarkesville branch.
Always helpful
Do not walk, but RUN away from this branch and Regions. They promised, in writing, the terms of a loan only to get to closing to say 'oh no we can't actually do that'. The manager will then try to convince you that is actually a good deal as if you didn't do your own research. Their leadership doesn't care what they promised you, that they wasted hours of your time getting all of the paperwork completed, pulled your credit, and violated TILA (Truth In Lending Act).
