Worst bank ever! Customer service sucks. Banking sucks. I opened an account last week over the phone with a gentleman who helped me and I thought all was good. I set my account to direct deposit from my job to Regions just for 3 days later for me to call in with an issue of transferring funds from my savings to checking which I was unable to do.
