Worst bank ever! Customer service sucks. Banking sucks. I opened an account last week over the phone with a gentleman who helped me and I thought all was good. I set my account to direct deposit from my job to Regions just for 3 days later for me to call in with an issue of transferring funds from my savings to checking which I was unable to do. We have been with Regions Bank, Land O Lakes, FL for 21 years and have always found the personnel to be friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The best bank in the area, bar none!
Rude tellers. Manger Stephen seems to have no care or control on her staff.
I dropped in and while my usual friendly banker Ronnie was out, the assistant manager Samantha Lopez was able to help me. I had spoken to her briefly a few months prior and she not only remembered my kids, but she remembered my name. Talk about making a client feel special. Overall, i am very pleased with the ongoing customer service and have not had any issues. I recommend to family and friends.
