I have been sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and still haven't moved. The 3 cars in each lane in front of me have not moved either. This is ridiculous!! I have things to do and don't want to waste time sitting in the drive thru of a bank. Come on Regions, get it together and figure out how to make things work faster. I have worked at a bank before and the wait times here are just ridiculous. Plus the inside is closed so this would make.you think that they would figure out how to help their customers faster.
Their consultants do nothing but waste office space. I tried to come in and discuss my needs to open a new account. I wanted to know what the best option for me was, she told me she cannot give me advice on that topic. So what exactly is her purpose? To sit there and smile awkwardly while I talk? Maybe I should move my multiple accounts to a better bank that actually helps...
