Great bank with great people! No complaints
I entered the bank this morning shortly after 10am and preceded through the empty line and was greeted by the only lady behind the counter. I was in a hurry so I immediately handed her my drivers license and regions bank because I needed cash. After she started to punch in my information she asked me to remove my baseball style hat. I asked her why and she stated “so the cameras could see my face” I did as instructed and asked again why I needed to remove my cap. When we first entered there was one teller behind the counter with a customer in front of us. When he saw I was holding some papers, he asked if we needed something notarized which we did. He asked us to take a seat and she would be with us in a minute. Sheena Davis had one person in her office and there was one person waiting ahead of us. We were still in an out in under 10 minutes. Sheena Davis was very quick and efficient. Everyone greeted us and were friendly.
Came in to handle an issue with a woman named Shay. She was working with a white guy that had a mustache. We asked for her name and she said it was Shay but I’m not sure if that is her actual name. She was very rude and kept making us feel dumb. I don’t like the way I got treated here. 0/10 gonna go to another bank.
This lady name Shay! Is super rude As another client who is using my ssn they don’t seem to care, they are not doing anything about it as it is obvious they don’t care…been a week and they still don’t pause the account as the client is trying to avoid the identity verification. This region has only one good lady she is white the rest employees has been a struggle …. Super Rude!!
