Joey was very sweet and asked me questions to see exactly what I needed. I was able to fix my issue.
I left the Kingshighway branch due to rude tellers who act like I'm bothering them when I ask for paperwork. I decided to try the Shrewsbury location and I'm glad I did. These people are friendly and have no problem with my questions and concerns. Definitely worth the extra driving.
Regions is 0 for 3 on functional (or existent) ATMs in one night. I made visits to 3 separate branches tonight and I have nothing to show for it besides some lousy photos. Both of the branches on Watson, including this one, had out of service ATMs. After driving around for 30 minutes, I spent more in gas than I got out of the ATM, which was a total of $0. At this point, it would have been less headache-inducing to succumb to their ridiculous $3 online transfer fee.
As a former banker, I can tell you that the service in this branch is as good as it gets. Everyone is super polite, and they actually call ME once a quarter or so to see how things are going. Every other branch of Regions I have visited has had a similarly friendly feel.
