Went in to ask for advice on a check. The woman at the front desk Patricia Graham talked to me like I was stupid. She read me what was on the check like I hadn’t already read it myself. Her and the other girl weren’t welcoming at all. I work at a credit union and we don’t treat people like that.
Opened a new account with Ashton and Tabitha and they were extremely helpful. Very friendly. Very thorough. I had no questions because they answered them all. Hopefully my experience with this bank is just as wonderful and easy as it was to open my account with these two ladies.
Call in a change order came in and it wasn't ready talking about they gave it to somebody else. Came back 30 minutes later still not ready. One of the tellers ask the other one could they go in the back to catch whatever they needed to catch to get more money, she is going to tell her that her customer is in a rush like I had all the time in the world to wait. If I had the time I wouldn't call in the change order.
