Never dealt with fraud until I came to this bank. I thought they helped by getting my money back to only sneak into my account weeks later and charge me for everything they got back for me. What kind of scam bank is this? Only been with them a few short months and never dealt with the bs I have been through. The worst bank! The online banking is terrible. They never help when you call with an issue. They always require you to go in to a branch. DO NOT USE. I will be moving all accounts.
