Went to close my account. The branch was very friendly and great to work with... however my overall experience with Regions was awful and I don't recommend them...they don't care about the customer when it comes to disputes. I recently lost my wife bought a 5th wheel and had it delivered to Illinois. I used my regions card for the transaction and it was split into 2 payment since it was coming from Tennessee. The 2nd payment was only to be paid upon completion of delivery and 1 hour of going over it and placed exactly where ... read more
