I have been with regions 4 year its been good until the last 6 months . This blonde long hair girl can't think of her name but she was one of the best banker i have ever had encounter with. She was the best... she got fired now the new girl at the drive thru window that too her place she is very very slow. It took her 30 minutes for one transaction. Always very friendly, even shows proper attention and care to even the belligerent customers that you see there once in awhile holding up the line not listening, but they still give the full attention and proper care. I know I am in good hands banking here at this branch be it for my personal or business.

Thank you Hector. Unfortunately, without radical changes, Regions most likely is beyond repair. I know my review is intense but I stand by it. Your response seemed a little manipulative, you probably should keep that in check considering you represent the bank. But let me clarify, I mean no harm and am no threat to your bank or its employees. I respect the law. But I stand by that the bank should be shut down.

I just walked into the Munford Regions Bank branch to find only one teller working with the drive-thru line full of cars. A customer was in line in front of me and several behind me. Two female employees were sitting in the first office in plain view of all the customers and within earshot of the lady in the drive-through working alone.
