Natalia do the differences ! excellent service solved my goals
I’ve been a regular at this branch for years, and the tellers are always friendly and helpful. However, the ATM area could use attention, as it’s often surrounded by very large carpenter ants, making it uncomfortable to use.

People are always friendly when they come in you know it's very old ones with the busyness
My account has been frozen since November of 2023 and I have been getting the run around from the Clermont location and the winter garden location. I call fraud dep and customer service and they tell me it’s a branch hold, I speak with the branch managers and they just opened a ticket and never contacted me back. Their only answer was “it’s back office” how is there NO solution at all. I want to close this account and get MY money.
