I have always been treated kindly. The customer service is spectacular and they have always taken care of all of my needs with understanding and fast service. I would definitely recommends Regions bank to anyone.

Please people of Niceville do not bank at regions! The absolute worst staffing I’ve ever seen. I started one of my business accounts there with a young lady straight out of training and that was a tragedy I had to go in there three days later because the checks I gave her she didn’t post they was still sitting on her desk. The branch atm ate $900, stayed too long and got no help then the brush off. I walked out broke and hopeless. They didn’t care nor try to help. Nuf said. Two days later and nothing from anyone. 7-10 business days I’m told… it was new bills and the machine freaked out. The bank told me to deposit that way… then said it was the atm’s fault (The REGIONS ATM!). I won’t bank there anymore. Have a great rest of your day. Sorry we stole your money. Sucks to be you. Ta-ta! We don’t even have food now. A decade of banking for what..?
Worst bank to deal with as military overseas! I banked with Regions for over a decade. When I moved overseas, problem after problem started to occur. They will not let you transfer money to any outside banking institution, even if it is another US bank or credit union. Regions also makes it almost impossible and the highest inconvenience to close your bank account when you are unsatisfied with their services. It cost me A LOT OF HARD EARNED MONEY to even accomplish closing my account. Finally closed it out back in the spring... read more
