Have had multiple accounts Personal and Business at the Niceville Branch.... they are GREAT...knowledgeable, easy to work with... offer a solution to solve my problem, follow up.... the BEST
Okay on 10/15/25,I got a fraud alert and I didn't recognize the charge so that closed out my card.I went to a branch in Fort Walton Beach to get a new card.Then I couldn't transfer money with online banking so,I waited on the phone with customer service for an hour and the representative did the transfer for me but,Regions locked my online banking even though their own employee caused the problem.It was fine until then.Now,I can't get anyone to unlock my online banking account.I have to drive 30 minutes to another branch to ... read more
Don't understand the rating at all. I go in here from time to time to transact business; its always clean, everyone is friendly and greets you promptly, service is great and pricing is fair. If you need a bank, not sure what else you are looking for because these folks take good care of you
Had to stop by and withdraw a few dollars from the ATM due to the Toll Roads burning my plate up. Great landscaping, safe location and an easy to access ATM. Couldn't ask for much more on a Sunday.
