I am giving this Regions location a 5 Star for their friendly customer service. I would give a 1 Star to Regions as a whole for their lack of customer service.
I have banked here for 20yrs. Merchants dr. Is my favorite branch, however I just got off the phone with Ms. Jessica, who decided to be a smart- elic to me because I simply was explaining something. It really rubbed me the wrong way..I don't need your attitude or your captain obvious statements. I think it was rude and poor judgment. I had to get off the phone before I said something rude. Maybe you should try practicing people skills since you deal with customers daily.
My son opened his savings account with Misty. She made the experience quick and easy. Thank you,Misty!
