Had a wonderful experience while getting several things accomplished during visit. Jake provided excellent customer service and helped with everything that I need to do. He went above and beyond my expectations. I even received follow up calls from him to let me know that everything was completed.

The mobile app has not worked in 3 weeks and no one (including the Branch Manager) knows when it will be fixed. I can not transfer personal funds into my business account from Savings or Personal Checking.
Awesome experience just recently lost my bank card and drivers license went inside the bank not knowing what to expect not knowing if I was able to get a new card. Just by luck I had found out that a good person returned my bank card to the bank so I decided that I would have a new card made with no problems. Thank you regions Bank God Bless
