The mobile app has not worked in 3 weeks and no one (including the Branch Manager) knows when it will be fixed. I can not transfer personal funds into my business account from Savings or Personal Checking.
Awesome experience just recently lost my bank card and drivers license went inside the bank not knowing what to expect not knowing if I was able to get a new card. Just by luck I had found out that a good person returned my bank card to the bank so I decided that I would have a new card made with no problems. Thank you regions Bank God Bless
This branch is wonderful and Jake Danks is a fantastic employee! Super helpful and a truly hard worker with a great attitude, will definitely be coming back!
One minute you have a refund pending.the next it's gone and the bank says it takes 3-5 days to post. Merchant already sent an email stating it's been refunded. So, 46.10 magically GONE from my account after the "new" app says it's pending for my account. Sounds like theft to me. Make sure to watch your accounts on this new app. Lot's of funny business going on. So here's a newsflash they are also not doing early pay. You won't get your money on Wed it will be Thursday.
