Everyone in the bank welcome me in with open arms. If one can't help me with my problems, they send me to another representative to try to finish my needs with my problems.

I have a wonderful welcome everytime I go into the branch at 8405 State Street in East St. Louis. The tellers give you a "hello" when you come in and they're polite, efficient in helping you conduct your bank business, and they always thank you for coming in. That is what I like in customer service.
