Great employees that treat you like a person and not a number.
I have used both the Towne Lake Woodstock and the Jasper locations for years and I have never had any issues with Regions at these two locations. I recently moved to Jasper and was happy to find the same special treatment as the Towne Lake Woodstock location.
Not sure why this branch has such a low rating I have been a customer for almost 2 years and never had any problems all the staff are always friendly they treat you like family so 5 stars for me
I like this bank. Transferred from Renasant recently.. Alaina is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She has a great disposition and is a true, overall banking professional. Thanks to her, and all of the others at Regions, for always helping me with a smile.
