My son uses this bank and tried telling them his card wasn't working and they told him it wasn't their problem. Sounds like to me reasons needs to get new employees. He can't even pay his car payment or even get gas.
It is a banking matter so can not provide details. Took way too long to handle with management.
Everytime i go in there everyone is so friendly and helpful. I will always go to this regions over any other!
While trying to deal with the accounts of my deceased mother who banked here, every single person I interacted with was extremely rude. I was given incorrect information multiple times, and spoken to with a callous and snarky tone at every turn. To top it off, my brother was yelled at when asking to use a restroom despite being an account manager of a paying customer. These people suck.
Terrible bank to deal with, especially if you do not bank with them.
