First time for everything. I do not believe in making bad reviews but I have had more than enough issues concerning fees and problems with deposits with this bank. I have never had issues like this with any other bank in my life. I have talked to management once before over an $18.00 charge for immediate funds for a check less than $500.00. At the time it was new to me and they still refused to refund the $18.00. I was more upset about their unwillingness to refund me since I was unaware of this policy. I've been banking with Regions Bankr since 1999 and the experience has not changed, very profesissinal and helpful. The staff's make you feel appreciated.
Regions is the best bank I ever had.
I have been banking here since 1995 and the services offered are wonderful! I especially enjoy the online banking it is one of the easiest systems to use. The offices always have very professional employees that are super attentive.
