Angel Jones was extremely helpful and resourceful. I needed a personal loan for home improvements and I was approved and funded within 20 minutes! Regions Bank as a whole and this Branch made my experience easy and stress free!!!
Im not going to post my banking on here. I will say the service is great.
First time for everything. I do not believe in making bad reviews but I have had more than enough issues concerning fees and problems with deposits with this bank. I have never had issues like this with any other bank in my life. I have talked to management once before over an $18.00 charge for immediate funds for a check less than $500.00. At the time it was new to me and they still refused to refund the $18.00. I was more upset about their unwillingness to refund me since I was unaware of this policy.
