Not a Regions banking customer (yet).A loan from Regions brought me in to the bank. 2 gentleman working. . Noticed drive thru customers were greeted by name as soon as they pulled in. Same with walk in customers. I was helped promptly and professionally. Bank Manager came out of her office to congratulate me on paying off the loan. Appreciate the time she took to come over and talk. Left bank thinking I liked everything about this branch and will look into switching to Regions.
If an out of town account holder, plan on an extended time to transact business. VERY slow to respond and handle your transaction. Ten minutes at the window for a two check deposit and check cash. Lots of excuses!!!!
