Great branch. Friendly staff that always make you feel welcome.
Bank gave me a hard time opening an account.
I deal with numerous banks, and this is one of the best ones locally. They could use more staff but I think that could be said anywhere these days. The branch manager is nice and they always remember us.
Prior to me switching from banks to credit unions, I banked with Regions for 8+ years at their Busch Dr. location. While I am no longer a Regions banking customer , I visit the Neptune Beach location quite often for my client. Never, ever have I interacted with a teller who wasn’t prompt, kind, assertive nor professional! KUDOS TO THE LADIES AT REGIONS NEPTUNE BEACH‼️👏🏾 (No pun intended to the men, I’ve just never had any interaction with one 😂).
