Gotta love a bank that severely rapes you in fees already if you don’t use their ATMs, then you drive all across town to make sure you use a Regions atm and their ATMs are all empty all the time. I personally start my day very early at 4am can’t afford to wait till after 9AM to get my money…. would not suggest this bank to anyone because of their negligence, neglect and complete waste of your time
Generally would leave a 5 Star review as we have always been treated outstandingly at our local Branch. However this visit was not to the usual Regions Standard. No welcome to the branch.A 15 min wait for service even though I was the only one in line. And finally the staff member behind the counter seemed like they didn’t even want to be there and everything was to much trouble. Hope this doesn’t happen next time and normal service can resume.
Drove two hours to get the best customer experience. Louise Is the best. Very professional knowledgeable and compassionate. All the Regions Banks should treat their customers as Miss Louise treated us , cared, like we matter. Thanks again Louise
