Regions is the bank for me, the agents are awesome, polite, friendly, willing to meet your needs. Very understanding don’t forget patience with customers
Once again Regions on jemison has misplaced my money. I was told by the manager there was no need to deal directly with him anyone could help me. Around January 22 I personally went in to pay a loan off. Almost one month later they can't find the money . The mortgage department at regions has contacted me for payment. The check has cleared the bank so where is it? Apparently the left hand doesn't communicate with the right. Now collecting late fees and interest.the very roof over my head is being threatened.

This is the worst bank the manager knew that they were taking my money and didn't do anything because of he knew what was going on bad good part is I knew too so live your life manager
