The Lincoln Branch is the best branch around. Everyone there is just awesome!
I never have to leave my home to do my banking and I've had some financial issues and they've always treated me with respect and I appreciate their discretion. I recently had to visit my branch and was greeted at the door, welcomed into the first office and she handled what I needed very quickly and kept it short and sweet and simple. I couldn't be more impressed with her, I wish I knew her name so I could give a shout out.

I've been with Regions for 20+ years. The location in Lincoln for 10. In Lincoln, they know me and I know them. Always friendly, helpful and courteous. Recently my debit card was hacked, within minutes of my noticing a strange charge pending, my card was canceled, a new one ordered and the process of getting my money returned was started!
