My experience at this branch was horrible I scheduled an appointment with Paityn Davis. During my appointment she was very incompetent and seemed to be distracted with personal things that consumed her attention. She seemed to rush to answer my question before I could finish.My experience was horrible and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcoming I had a bad experience at another location near this area I’m assuming it’s the culture of this town!!!
If I could rate my recent experience with Regions with 0 stars, I would do so. I scheduled an appointment with Robert Hart at the Gulf Shores branch for 9:00 this morning to discuss my options for reinvesting some money after my current CD matures. I arrived at exactly 9:00. My experience began badly when I had to wait several minutes for a teller to even greet me because even though the bank was open, the tellers were not receiving customers, so there were three of us waiting in line to be greeted. I’ve needed help recently when my VISA card was denied because it said it was fraudulent. I went to the bank and was lucky enough to meet Chuck Kelley. My card wasn’t fraudulent it just hadn’t been used in a very long time. Chuck set me up with online banking so that I get a msg every morning with my checking and savings account balances. And if my card is ever used or stolen I’ll get a msg. I also needed to do a wire transfer and Chuck was very helpful.
