Your bank seriously needs more tellers because spending 45 minutes in line waiting to have a change order done for my business is ridiculous. This is a ongoing issue that has been happening more often in the last 2 months. Tellers you have are great.

I went in to open a new checking account using a check as my deposit. I realize that some checks there would be a hold on some of the funds, but I was told that some of the funds would have been available today. It was very important to me because since I was told by the nice rep that helped me with opening my account, that some funds would be ready the next day. My 91 year old mother’s card declined. She , in a panic called the bank but couldn’t remember her information. A caregiver was with her. They wouldn’t give her info while her caregiver was there.. Thank you so much for looking after my mom and what little money she has… Not suspicious of caregiver at all but you never know!! I appreciate you taking care of your elderly customers…
