The young lady help me with my card issue she was very nice and the wait was less than 10 minutes I was in and out
I do not recommend this bank. After being a customer for 16 years they charged me $108 in overdraft fees draft fees for something that was on their end. They could only refund me $18. What a slap in the face after 16 years.
I appreciate Customer Service and the support and I would recommend anyone to join in with Regions. The different financial services they provide are great for me and I family. Thanks .
