I have been with Regions for over 30 years and I will never change banks. They know me and my children by name and treat us like family. They also protect my accounts and catch things that are out of the ordinary for me.
after seeing that others have shared my bad experience with the BRANCH MANAGER J.R. I will be moving my banking practices elsewhere. The man is rude and needs to brush up on his customer service skills. a question about your processes shouldn't be met with hostility or insult but it seems all he wanted to do was try to belittle me.
