Only reason for three stars is there starting to fail in there hiring and in management my mom should not hafe to drive up there three times is this us bank employees
We had a wonderful experience with Molly. She was very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. We had our two young kids with us and she was very amenable to their interruptions and very sweet with them.
I really love this bank however what I don’t love is the amount of times my account has been compromised because of various fraudulent transactions. I would really like to see better security in place it’s the 4th time this has happened.
Molly Muschong consistently goes above and beyond to assist with all of my financial needs. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine desire to help others make her an outstanding representative. I always request to work with Molly because I trust her expertise and appreciate the care she brings to every interaction. She truly makes a difference!
Very helpful, helped immediately! I was actually greeted at the door, which was super nice. I had a complicated situation, however, the banker was able to help figure it out accordingly without judgement. Great experience!
