Bank manager JR just saved the day! I’m a OTR truck driver and my only card was closed due to error and it’s what I pay every thing for ! He corrected it immediately and saved the day! Great customer service as always! Truck driver Jack !
My daughter and I went into this branch to change our address. My daughter is 8 months pregnant and had to go to the bathroom when we walked in. I asked where the bathroom was? I was informed, “We do not have a public bathroom.” I replied, “You have got to be kidding? We have accounts here and my daughter is pregnant?” I am sorry, I like this bank but not happy about this response. Why in the world would a public place where we both bank, not have a restroom?
I hope you guys fire J.R he’s horrible and yes I filed a corporate complaint on him but of course nothing came of it which is why I shut my account down and moved on 🫡
