Regions Bank has very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The lady's at the customer service counter are great.
Joseph Winters at this location was very helpful with a complicated title issue I had. He took down all the information and got back to me in a timely manner. He was professional and prompt. I truly appreciate his assistance.
Horrific bank, never use them. I got stuck having to deal with them due to my father’s passing and dealing with the estate accounts. They were less than helpful at every step of every process. I would rather bank with a random stranger on the street than Regions.
