I want to say Thank you for the great customer service!! From the tellers to the Branch Manager.
Regions is a terrific bank. I have been their customer for many years. They recently helped me with a very difficult fraud incident. I will continue to use their banking services, and you should too.
Most every Monday I visit the Region Bank on Watson Road in St. Louis, Missouri. The same young gentleman usually always waits on me and calls me by my first name. His manner is friendly but professional. Because he recognizes me and calls me by my first name with a smile, it sets the tone for the beginning of a good day for me.
