Nice new ATM, great customer service everytime
This branch is trash!!!! And Andrew needs to learn how to multi task.
I was confused about one of my accounts and had to go in person to speak with a teller. Erin was a huge help and took the time to figure out what was going on with my account, and how to correct the problem. She wrote down a link to a survey, I'm guessing to rate her professionalism and customer service, but I lost it! Andrew, I think is his name, short and has a beard and is always busy working multiple areas when I have to go into the bank, was also helpful and perfectly professional.
