Either regions banks or mosty on-line type banks, tellers are friendly and will cash a check or make a deposit, but ask them with anything else and all they tell you I you have to do it on-line. I'm not a on-line person, so the bank is not any help. I went to the manager and was no help at all. Matter of fact is I felt bad because I mad and raised my voice and walked out. They don't seem to be people bank at all. Not for old man like me anyway.
The service was personalized, clear, and answered all my questions, which made me feel confident and secure opening my account. I would definitely recommend it.
The one on the corner of Prince and Salem, Conway, AR is the BEST! I've been using this one for the past 15 years and they have ALWAYS been caring and personable.
