My daughter’s debit card was stolen and the branch manager Glendia completely overlooked her case and refused to refund the money that was stolen because the person who stole the care knew the personal pin. That HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with her card being stolen. She reported it stolen the very next day and then it left her account in a negative status and they are making it my daughter’s responsibility to pay back. This is by far the absolute worst bank I’ve ever dealt with and I will be closing my account in exactly 7 days. Yesterday I deposited my payroll check via the mobile app it was showing on my account and said “mobile deposite will be available tonight” well this morning my card is declined so I check my account and it now shows “-the amount of said check deposited item hold” after back and forth with them all day they have just called me and told me “we are going to hold the check till the 22nd” I asked if they could cancel t... read more
Slowest bank ever. I person working the counter and has the go in the bank on every transaction. Stood to 20 minutes.
It would be great to actually be able to reach someone by phone at any Regions EVER
