I have been a customer at this branch for just about a year (as of this writing). All of my experiences during this year have been satisfactory or better. The tellers have always been professional and friendly. Simple transactions have been timely and professional. More complex transactions (opening new accounts, establishing credit relationships for younger family members, etc) have been handled with friendly, professional, and thorough direction and assistance. Customer service here is absolutely terrible. The manager there is probably the worst of them all. I’ve avoided this branch lately but had to go in today out of convenience but again I was reminded why I’ll never go back into that branch
My son and I recently opened a bank account for him at the Tiger Point branch and had the most amazing expereince. Miller Whisenhunt gave us the best customer service. I had called him earlier that day to make an appointment and let him know I was bringing my 18 year old special needs son in to open an account. First off, when we walked in to the bank, you would have thought my son was about to deposit a million dollars with the way we were greeted and treated.
