Tina Brock is the absolute best! Always smiling and such an amazing person overall. She went over and beyond to ensure each visit make me glad I’m a Region’s member 🙂
As banks go, a very friendly and helpful bank. Have smooth banking systems unlike other banks that create nightmares with transactions. Customer service will give you a live agent on the phone and they are helpful.
I moved to Pensacola a year ago and immediately opened my account at this location. Do not go into the branch often but I recently had to make a couple of visits at this location and I must say I was extremely pleased. I had some issues with my account and facing an eviction from my apartment complex. Stephanie and Tina were like angels in disguise. They were extremely helpful and comforting. They were exactly what I needed at the time. Thank you Regions Bank for having such great staff.

On the application you can use the chat function. Once you make it past Reggie, you wait 20-30 minutes for a response & it's already timed you out / logged you off. I hope this feedback helps in some way. Thanks, Alicia for being the silver lining. Tina called me back and was very kind.
