This branch is excellent and the employees make you feel like family I would recommend this branch to anyone wanting to open a new account
I wouldn’t recommend this branch. They don’t offer any help. Sharon should find another job. Power went to her head. I actually opened an account at Pen Air. Totally awesome staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. This branch doesn’t care about their customers. Not helpful at all!!!!!!!!!🙄😶🌫️☹️☹️☹️🥺😩🤬🤬🤬
I’ve banked there sine 1993. The ONLY time I’ve had an issue was with the way they handle overdrafts…they take the latest out first even when the smaller check was written on the same day and mailed the same time as the larger check. Still, I haven’t had an overdraft or even mailed a check since 2003 when I got a teaching position. I rarely go into the bank any more, but when I do, this place rocks! Always courteous and helpful. I’m 69 y.o. and hope to do another 21 years 😂
This is such a nice environment. Everyone was so helpful. Quick and easy transaction.
