Love this bank they greet you right away. Sometimes all at the same time. But the lady's behind the desk always straighten me out when I get totally lost and don't make me feel stupid for asking. And I've had $400k in there n I've had $100 in there and they don't treat me any different
Regions Bank has completely failed me as a customer. What should have been a simple fix — canceling a check tied to a closed account and reissuing it overnight — has turned into weeks of delays, excuses, and zero accountability. Instead of addressing the issue, they continue to pass the blame and ignore the urgency of the situation. The branch manager in particular is a serious problem.
